1.5 oz Agua Mágica Mezcal
.5 oz Dolin Blanc
1 bar spoon Maraschino Liqueur
Garnish: A fresh cherry with stem on side of glass/lemon twist balanced on top of cherry.
Combine all ingredients into a chilled Nick and Nora glass and stir to temperature. Strain into a chilled coupe.
1.5 oz Agua Mágica Mezcal
.5 oz Combier
.5 oz Lime juice
2 ml ALT Sativa Extract
Combine all ingredients into a canister (carefully) hard shake, strain into a mezcal glass that has been atomized with palo santo.
.5 oz Agua Mágica Mezcal
.75 oz Passion fruit infused Cocchi Americano
.25 oz Manzanilla Sherry 1.5 oz Champagne
Garnish: A fancy lemon twist.
Stir all ingredients to temperature in a chilled mixing glass. Strain into a cold Nick and Nora glass and top off with one and half ounces of Champagne.

.5 oz Giffards Triple Sec
.5 oz Combier Triple Sec
.75 oz Lime Juice
Combine all Ingredients into a canister and hard shake. Strain over fresh ice into a half salted rimmed glass.
1.25 oz Agua Mágica Mezcal
.75 oz Campari
.75 oz Lustau Vermut
.25 oz Carpano Antica
Garnish: A grapefruit or orange lancy horse's neck twist.
Stir ingredients to temperature in a chilled mixing glass. Strain over a large cube in a chilled rocks glass.
1 oz Agua Mágica Mezcal
.5 oz Dolin Blanc
.5 oz Aperol
2.5 oz Watermelon Juice
Garnish: Three kalamata olives stuffed with oaxacan cheese.
Combine all ingredients into a canister and gently shake to temperature. Strain over fresh ice in a fancy highball.
30 ml Agua Mágica Mezcal
60 ml of Grapefruit Juice
1 Tablespoon of sugar
Top of Soda
Garnish: A slice of grapefruit.
Shake all the ingredients in a cup before topping it with soda.
35 ml Agua Mágica Mezcal
35 ml Plum wine
Gentian root & sansho infused Agua
Add all ingredients to a shaker, and add ice. Shake until chilled and fine strain over fresh ice.

60 ml Pineapple Juice
7 ml Lime Juice
Garnish: Basil, caraway seed.
For enhancing the Agua Mágica smokiness, add 15 ml of caraway syrup. Combine all ingredients into a canister and gently shake to temperature. Strain over fresh ice.
2 oz Agua Mágica Mezcal
.75 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Agave Nectar 2 Cucumber Slices
2 Jalapeño Slices
2-3 Mint Leaves
Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon and Mint Bouquet Glass: Coupe or Martini
In a shaker add lime juice, agave nectar and cucumber. Muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake well until chilled. Fine strain it into a chilled coupe or martini glass

Garnish: Add tajin on half of the rim of your rocks glass & flower Glass: Rocks glass
Add all ingredients to a shaker and add ice. Shake until chilled and strain over fresh ice. Top with RUBY hibiscus tea.

.50 oz Coffee Liqueur
.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
Garnish: Coffee Dust
Glass: Small Coupe or Nick & Nora Glass
Add all ingredients to a shaker, and add ice. Shake until chilled and fine strain over fresh ice.
2 oz Agua Mágica Mezcal
1 oz Prickly Pear Puree
.75 oz Lime Juice
.50 oz Agave Nectar (1:1)
.25 oz Triple Sec
Garnish: Add spicy salt on half of the rim of your rocks glass & a slice of prickly pear.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and add ice. Shake until chilled and strain over fresh ice.
2 oz Agua mágica mezcal
1 oz Antica Formula Sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash Mole bitters
Garnish: Orange twist (discarded)/ Cherry
Add all ingredients to your mixing glass. Stir for about 20-30 secs. Strain over a chilled coupe.
