Agua Mágica Espadín Capon

Ingredients: - 1.5 oz Agua Magica Mezcal - 0.5 oz Añejo Tequila - 1 barspoon Agave Nectar - 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Garnish: Orange peel, flamed Method: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Flame orange peel over the surface and drop in as garnish.

Ingredients: - 2 oz Agua Magica Mezcal - 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice - 3/4 oz Orange Liqueur (Cointreau) - 1/4 oz Agave Nectar Garnish: Salt rim and lime wheel Method: Rim a rocks glass with salt if desired. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients: - 1 oz Agua Magica Mezcal (or gin for the traditional version) - 1 oz Suze - 1 oz Lillet Blanc Garnish: Grapefruit twist Method: Stir all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express grapefruit peel over the drink and garnish.
