Agua Mágica Ensamble

- 2 oz Agua Magica Mezcal - 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice - Garnish: Salt rim (optional) and lime wheel Method: If desired, rim a rocks glass with salt. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients: - 1 oz Agua Magica Mezcal - 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse - 1 oz Aperol - 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice Garnish: None (appropriately naked) Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

- 2 oz Agua Magica Mezcal - 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice - 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice - Pinch of Sea Salt - Topo Chico - Garnish: Grapefruit wedge and salt rim Rim a highball glass with salt if desired. Fill with ice. Add mezcal, grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Top with Topo Chico and add a pinch of salt. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
