Day Dream
Day Dream combines Agua Mágica mezcal, Dolin Blanc, Aperol and watermelon juice. Serve over fresh ice with cheese-stuffed kalamata olives.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Agua Mágica Mezcal
- 0.5 oz Dolin Blanc
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 2.5 oz watermelon juice
Garnish
Three kalamata olives stuffed with Oaxacan cheese
Method
- Combine the ingredients in a shaker and gently shake to temperature.
- Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
- Garnish with three kalamata olives stuffed with Oaxacan cheese.
