Prickly Pear Margarita
Make a Prickly Pear Margarita with Agua Mágica mezcal, prickly pear purée, lime, agave nectar and triple sec. Finish with a spicy-salt half rim.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Agua Mágica Mezcal
- 1 oz prickly pear purée
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave nectar (1:1)
- 0.25 oz triple sec
Garnish
Spicy salt for half the rim and a slice of prickly pear
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass with spicy salt on half the rim.
- Garnish with a slice of prickly pear.
